MBA International Hospitality & Hotel Management

MBA HOSPITALITY – IHHM

This specialized program prepares you for an exciting career in hotels, Culinary Sciences as well as the management of these important spheres of hospitality. Gastronomy today has reached new heights therefore the focus of this course will be a dual approach of global business practices, F&B principles and fine dining trends. This is a two years course that includes six months of theory studies and six months of industry internship each year.
An MBA in Hospitality also prepares a student to adapt in a fast-changing world of culinary arts and sciences to managing a luxury hotel and conform to new trends related to this field.

SPECIALIZATION – INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALITY & HOTEL MANAGEMENT

In this program, the student acquires in-depth knowledge in hospitality leadership, management, operations and strategic decision-making proficiency. Topics covered in this course such as Restaurant and F&B Operations, Accommodations, Sanitation and Hygiene, Hospitality Business & Organizational Behaviour, Tourism, and Hospitality Laws. On successful completion of two years of Masters Course students will earn 120 ECTS Credits.
