BBA – IHRM gives the student a clearer vision of this specialization. It bridges the gap between theoretical lessons and practical application. Topics such as Employee recruitment, Employee Induction and Orientation, Employee training, Employee appraisals and promotions are taught.
The students also learn competencies such as critical thinking, decision-making, with exposure to business law and ethics and organizational behaviour will be taught. On successful completion of three years of the degree course student will earn 180 ECTS Credits.
